Scribers

SCRIBERS

The scratch line will not be misaligned due to the number of scribings. It is possible to perform scratching operations without directly touching the sample. By applying a certain amount of pressure with a spring, it is possible to do the scraping work without relying on human power. Precise and easy preparation of samples for cross-sectional observation. It is the most suitable equipment for development experiments and quality control applications.

Scribe Needles

Model Feature
It is the most suitable for scratching Si, GaAs, Inp and other samples.
Scribe needle (OS3P) does not have a line at the bottom of the needle. (For distinction, the line is included in the scratch needle (3PR).
OS3P
Ideal for scratching sapphire, quartz glass and other samples.
To distinguish it from an Scribe needle (OS3P), there is a line at the bottom of the needle.
3PR
Carbide roller blades for use with precision manual scribers. This is the most suitable needle for injuring samples such as glass.
